In 25/26, Scene conducted a land assessment and feasibility study of solar energy opportunities in Letchworth Garden City, North Hertfordshire. Funded by the Great British Energy Community Fund, the study saw the appraisal of land parcels owned by Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation (LGCHF) for technical viability against all environmental, cultural, and technical constraints to development. The study identified a set of land parcels suitable for ground-mounted solar development and subsequently analysed the financial viability of all power generation scenarios of the progressed land parcels, including appropriate scales of development and utilising grid export alongside local power supply to provide financial and environmental benefit for the local community while maximising each development's revenue potential.

It was determined that, due to severe constraints across the local power network infrastructure, grid connection costs would render each development financially unfeasible. No work was progressed further as a result, and the study's outcomes were communicated with LGCHF.
