In 2023, Scene produced a Clean Energy Transition Agenda (CETA) on behalf of the Mull Archipelago community. The CETA provides a decarbonisation roadmap for the community by assessing current emissions, appraising decarbonisation opportunities, and establishing the community's vision for net zero islands. The CETA forms part of the AMAZE project (The Archipelago of Mull Actions for Zero Emissions) which is a partnership project between the NESOI consortium, Mull and Iona Community Trust and the AMAZE volunteer steering group.

Scene conducted a baseline carbon and energy audit which provided a geographical and typographical assessment of current carbon emissions across the emissions sectors of stationary energy, transportation, waste and land use. Scene presented the results to the community across a series of five workshops in May 2023, where opportunies for decarbonisation and the community's vision for change was workshopped. This was the heart of the project and enabled Scene to produce a decarbonisation roadmap for the islands which included overarching "pathways" and "goals", an action plan and a technical appraisal of decarbonisation options. This technical appraisal modelled the emissions savings from conducting community action across each sector, identified the challenges to be overcome and the funding opportunites available.
