In 2014 Scene was contracted by a major wind turbine developer to investigate and engage local communities in a small turbine development near Dingwall, in the Scottish Highlands. Scene advertised and coordinated several community meetings with local community councils and development trusts to inform the local communities of the development and the potential benefits of community involvement. Currently the project has preliminary financial involvement from two local community groups and a deal is under negotiation while the project goes through the planning process.
