In 2024, Scene conducted a baseline assessment to determine energy used for heating across the Beech Hill parish. This assessment looked at energy consumption and fuel types. From this baseline assessment, a net zero action plan was developed with the goal of reducing energy bills, carbon emissions, and to improve the comfort of homes. This work has been supported by the West Berkshire Council in line with their net zero goals.
